Ramnath Kovind won the Presidential elections by garnering Sixty Six percent which are approximately Seven lacs votes. He was born in Derapur, a district in Kanpur on October 1, 1945. He started his career as an advocate after pursuing B Com , LLB. He twice served Member Of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. He was also appointed Governor of Bihar on August 8, 2015. I congratulate him on his victory. May this victory brings prosperity in the nation.
